If you don't have a Google Voice number yet, go to voice.google.com and claim a free number. Sign in with the Gmail account you want Fred to use.
Mac: double-click install-mac.command.
Windows: right-click install-windows.bat → Run as Administrator. The installer pulls dependencies and creates a desktop shortcut.
Open config.env in the Fred-Bot folder. Paste your key after ANTHROPIC_API_KEY=, save, close. No key yet? Email bob@nobrainercontainers.com — pilot partners get one provisioned.
Save your prospect CSV as leads.csv in the Fred-Bot folder. Required columns: name, phone, company, notes.
Click the Fred-Bot desktop icon. Hit Start Campaign. Fred queues your list, opens Google Voice, and starts dialing. Take notes when calls connect, let Fred handle the voicemails.
